3/4cupalmond meal(or garbanzo bean flour or oat flour)
1/2cupshredded coconut flakes
2 medium eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tspbaking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients well into a batter, starting with the banana first. Scoop batter out into medium sized balls with your hands form into triangle scone shapes on the baking sheet.
