Easy Coconut Honey Frosting

Notes: this frosting will hold up great in the fridge, so store your cake in there if you decide to use this one. It will melt if left out on the counter too long. Top icing with large coconut flakes if desired! Recipe adapted from The Paleo Baking Co

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup coconut oil not melted
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Frost your chilled cake immediately, or wait until it cools to do so.
