This superfood breakfast is totally grain free and full of great protein and healthy fats to keep you full and satisfied throughout the morning—and it’s so easy to make ahead of time. Add oats if you prefer a more traditional twist, or mix in fun toppings like chopped dates, coconut flakes, maca or matcha powder or other nuts/seeds of your choice.
½cup hemp seeds(or oats for more traditional overnight oats)
½cupHomemade Nut Milk or milk of your choice
1tablespoonshredded coconut
4teaspoonschia seeds
1teaspoonmaple syrup
1teaspooncinnamon
1teaspooncocoa nibs
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small glass jar and shake well. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Serve warm or at room temperature, with toppings of your choice.
