Oven Baked Turkey Burgers

Notes: these burgers are great for the night's that you want to make dinner ahead of time, or make something that will give you leftovers for the week! Feel free to use the herbs that you like here, and serve with or without buns, etc. A easy pairing would be a green salad, roasted veggies and sweet potato or the husband fries.

Ingredients 

  • 3 lbs organic ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or gf flour
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 zucchini grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp tamari sauce or coconut aminos

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form small-medium patties with your hands and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes.
