Earl Gray Cinnamon Latte

Trying to let up a little on the caffeine intake? Whether it’s in place of your usual coffee, or as aless intense afternoon boost, this tea-based latte is such a great one to have in your arsenal. Optional to make this version with rooibos, chamomile, or chocolate teas too.

Ingredients 

  • 2 earl grey tea bags or 2 teaspoons loose earl grey tea
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup milk of your choice or coconut water
  • 1-2 teaspoons coconut butter optional
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Brew the tea in ½ cup water. Then, in a saucepan, heat milk, maple syrup, coconut butter and cinnamon as you whisk ingredients together. Then add the warm tea. Pour into a blender and blend on high for at least 20 seconds to get a beautiful froth. Top with extra cinnamon to serve.
